How to Over-Cook a Potato

February 26, 2007 · 1 Comment

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 400°F
  2. Clean your potato. Make sure to remove any sprouts and cut out “bad spots,” then use a brush and water to wash off the dirt.
  3. Dry your potato.
  4. Lightly spread olive oil over your potato.
  5. Rub salt onto the  potato(sea salt works nicely here).
  6. Put your potato in the oven.
  7. Have a beer.
  8. Read from Bertrand Russell’s “Problems of Philosophy.”
